Gang sawing
Blocks reduced to slab at nominal thicknesses from 15 to 60 mm, with the bed orientation controlled so the grain runs the way you want it.

Amarpura, Ramganjmandi
Cutting, finishing and dispatch, all on one site. Here is what is actually here — the machinery, the stock, the sorting, and how an order gets onto a lorry.

The unit
Blocks come in from the quarry face and go out as finished, sorted, palletised product. Between those two points sits the gang saw line, the calibrating machine, the polishing and honing lines, the grooving heads and the hand-cutting bays where cobbles and setts are dressed.
Keeping all of it on one site is the reason we can turn a cut-to-size drawing around in weeks rather than months. Nothing has to travel to a third party and come back.
Capability
Blocks reduced to slab at nominal thicknesses from 15 to 60 mm, with the bed orientation controlled so the grain runs the way you want it.
Machine grinding to a consistent thickness within roughly ±1 mm, for thin-bed adhesive systems and large-format work.
Progressive abrasive lines from a low-sheen matte through to full mirror gloss, plus leather and antique brushing heads.
Anti-skid grooving at set centres, bush-hammering and sandblasting for public and wet-area paving.
Treads, risers, sills, copings, counter tops with sink and hob cut-outs, cladding panels with pre-drilled anchor slots, edge profiles to drawing.
Cobbles, setts, kerbs and random paving dressed by hand from offcut and short-bed material — the most sustainable product we make.
Stock & sorting
Natural stone comes off the bed with variation. Some of it is character and some of it is a defect, and the difference between a supplier who understands that and one who does not is the difference between a floor that reads as one material and a floor that reads as a mistake.

Dispatch
We load by road across India and crate for container shipment on export orders. A standard truckload runs roughly 20–25 tonnes — about 1,000 square feet at 25 mm, less as thickness increases.
Loading
A truck is not just filled — it is packed. Slabs go down flat and tight, with stone set upright between the bays as dividers so nothing can shift on the road. Export orders are paper-wrapped and strapped into bundles before they go anywhere near the bed.

Export consignments, paper-wrapped and strapped. The wrapping is what stops edge damage in transit — on a polished or calibrated order it is the difference between a clean delivery and an argument.
Visit
It is a two-hour drive from Kota city and worth the trip if you are specifying a large area. Call ahead so someone is free to walk you round.
