Quote and contact formsThe forms on this site do not send anything to a server. Pressing send opens your own email app or WhatsApp with a message already written out from what you typed. You decide whether to send it. There is no database in between.
The enquiry listThe enquiry list in the app is held entirely in your own phone’s storage. It does not leave your phone until you press the button to send it on WhatsApp. Clearing the browser’s site data erases it.
The offline cataloguePressing “Save the catalogue” copies pages and photographs into your phone’s own storage. It is a download and nothing more — it tells us nothing.
Analytics on the websiteThe website uses Google Analytics so we can see which pages people read. That gives Google your approximate town, device type, browser and the pages you opened. It does not include your name or number, and we do not use it to identify anyone. Google’s own policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Inside the appThe app contains no tracking of our own, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. It opens our website using your phone’s Chrome engine, so the website section above applies there too.
Cookies and local storageWe remember a few small things in your browser: that the welcome video has already played, that you dismissed the install bar, your enquiry list, and whether you have saved the catalogue. All of it stays on your phone. Google Analytics sets its own cookie separately.
What we do not doWe do not sell, rent or share your information for advertising. We do not ask for your camera, contacts, files or precise location. The app requests only internet access, and only to open the website.
ChildrenThis is a trade catalogue for a stone business. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Your rightsBecause we hold nothing about you, there is nothing to delete. If you want us to erase something you sent us by WhatsApp or email, write to the address below and we will.
ChangesIf this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything significant will be spelled out here.
