We supply material; we are not the contractor. What we can speak to is what was specified, what we cut, how it was sorted and how it was dispatched — which is usually what another specifier wants to know anyway.

Working with us
What a large order actually looks like.
Most of our contract work follows the same shape. It is worth knowing the sequence before you start, because the decisions that matter come early.
1. Brief. Area, application, wet or dry, and the site programme.
2. Samples. Physical pieces couriered — a full slab where tone matters.
3. Quotation. Ex-yard and delivered rates quoted separately, with the freight visible.
4. Block reservation. On large orders we hold a single bed so the floor lays up as one tone.
5. Cutting. To drawing, with edge profiles, cut-outs and anchor slots done at our unit.
6. Sorting and dispatch. Checked, stacked on edge, and loaded to a date that holds.
