Waterproof grade starts at ₹9 per sq. ft., normal Kota tiles at ₹20, high polish at ₹29 and Mandana at ₹53; small cut pieces are ₹5 each and up. How to read these
Any rate without “per piece” beside it is per square foot. Square-foot rates are charged on the pemaish measurement — each side rounded up to the next six-inch step — so a 22″ × 22″ piece bills as 4 sq ft, not the 3.36 sq ft it covers. That is how the whole Ramganjmandi trade quotes; the per-piece column above does the arithmetic for you, and the calculator will do it for any size and quantity.
Fresh is the top sort and semi is medium quality — the two grades are explained on the grades page, along with waterproof, the rough sort below them. High polish (HP) adds ₹8 per square foot to a 2 ft wide slab rate and ₹9 to a 2.5 ft wide one, so the HP column beside each size is simply that size's rate plus the polish. Diamond polish, mirror polish and the rest are quoted on request.
Mixed material means the lot is not separated into grades: the small cut sizes come with fresh and semi pieces together, at one rate. That is why they are cheap, and it is fine for dado, borders, risers and skirting where the variation does not read. Where a size is sorted to grade, both rates are shown.
The random-slab figure is a base, not a rate for your order. It buys the slab as it comes off the line at 20 mm (±2 mm), in the lengths and widths the bed gives. Anything beyond that — a greater thickness, a fixed size, cutting to your drawing, calibration, polishing, edge profiles, grooving or any other work at the unit — adds to it, and by how much depends entirely on the job. Those we quote per order rather than from a list, because no two are the same.
What finish these Kota rates buy. The fresh and semi columns are for normal tiles — the stone unpolished, as it is cut and sorted. The high polish (HP) column is the high-polish rate for the same size. Mirror polish, honed, table polish, river, leather, grooved and the rest are quoted on request; the finishes page shows what each one looks like. Mirror polish is the plain general tile, listed above at ₹53 per square foot — it is not the same thing as high polish and not the same thing as a designer tile. Designer tiles carry no published rate at all: the pattern decides the price and there are far too many to publish, so send us the design you want and we will price it.

What is the price of Kota stone per square foot?
The published list on this page has the numbers. In short: waterproof grade is ₹9 per sq. ft. at 2′ × 2′; a 22″ × 22″ square is ₹23 per sq. ft. in fresh grade and ₹20 in semi (medium); 23″ × 23″ is ₹25 and ₹22. Those are normal unpolished tiles; high polish takes 22″ × 22″ to ₹29. Slabs run ₹21 per sq. ft. at 2′ × 1.5′ up to ₹58 at 8′ × 2′, and small cut pieces are sold per piece from ₹5 in mixed grade — fresh and semi together. Those are ex-yard Ramganjmandi, GST and freight extra, and they are indicative — call us for the rate on your actual order.
What is the rate of Mandana stone, Raj Green and cobbles?
Mandana cut squares are ₹53 per sq. ft. at 22″ × 16″ and ₹58 at 22″ × 22″, with chirai at ₹63 and ₹69. Mandana, Raj Green and black basalt are also sold as random slabs at 20 mm (±2 mm) from ₹84 per sq. ft. — that is the slab as it leaves the line, in bed-run sizes. Greater thickness, a fixed size, cutting to drawing, calibration, polishing or any other processing is charged on top and quoted per order, because no two are alike. Kandla Grey and cobbles are quoted against the specification; cobbles are priced per square foot of coverage or per piece depending on size, and we will say which basis we are using.
How firm are the rates on this page?
They are a working guide, not a quotation. They are what our regular stock is moving at, and we publish them because a buyer deserves a number before they pick up the phone. But rates move with the quarry, the season, the grade actually in the yard and the size of the order, so your figure can land either side of this list. Treat it as the shape of the market and call us for the number that applies to you.
What information do you need to quote a rate?
Stone, size, thickness, finish and quantity, plus the delivery pin code. If you do not know some of it yet, say so and tell us what the stone is for — we will tell you what is normally specified for that use and quote against it. Guessing the specification is how people end up paying for stone they did not need.
Do your rates include GST and freight?
We quote ex-yard Ramganjmandi and delivered-to-site as two separate figures, so you can see exactly what transport costs on your route. GST is shown separately. GSTIN 08AVWPG0336Q1ZW.
Do rates improve for bulk or repeat orders?
Yes. Rate improves with volume, and a full trailer load is the most economical unit — roughly 20–25 tonnes, about 3,500–4,300 sq ft at 25 mm. For repeat or phased supply tell us the total quantity at the start; it helps the rate and it lets us reserve from one bed so the tone matches across deliveries.
