Ready-to-Fit Kota Stone Tiles
Ready-to-fit means the size, edge and thickness are controlled before the tiles leave the unit. It helps the installer plan joints, wastage and laying time more accurately.
Common formats
- 22″ × 22″ signature square tiles
- 18″ × 18″ and 24″ × 24″ square formats
- 22″ × 16″ and other rectangular cut sizes
- Random and bed-run slabs for paving-style layouts
Finishes and grades
Fresh and Medium are quality grades, not finishes. Either can be supplied in natural, diamond-sawn, honed, table polish, mirror polish or high polish where the specification allows. Waterproof grade is rough-face only.
Before installation
Confirm actual batch tone, thickness tolerance, edge condition, joint width, laying direction and whether the floor will be polished in situ. Ask for a physical sample when colour and finish matter.
